1. Service
AstroDost provides automated, AI-assisted Vedic astrology information through WhatsApp. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to purchase a plan.
2. Account and birth information
You are responsible for providing accurate birth and contact details and for controlling access to your WhatsApp account. An inaccurate date, time or birthplace can materially change the generated chart and reading.
3. Free reading and paid plans
One free introductory reading is available per customer. Paid plans provide the stated number of successfully answered questions during the stated validity period. The validity timer starts with the first paid question. A plan ends when its question allowance or validity period ends, whichever occurs first. Unused questions do not extend the validity period.
4. Payments
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees before purchase. Payments are processed by an independent payment provider. We do not ask for or store your card number, UPI PIN, banking password or one-time password.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use AstroDost to break the law, harass another person, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service or seek instructions that could cause harm. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service or third parties.
6. No guaranteed outcomes
Astrology interpretations are provided for personal reflection and general guidance. They are not verified predictions or professional advice. Read our disclaimer before using the service.
7. Availability
We aim to operate reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Messaging, AI, hosting, geocoding and payment providers may experience delays or outages outside our control.
8. Refunds

9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively when the service or law changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Questions may be sent through our contact page.
